The MarTech Breakthrough Awards is part of the Tech Breakthrough organization. The premise of the awards program is to research, analyze and then recognize the “breakthrough” leaders in the most competitive categories of technology. The Tech Breakthrough organization aims to perform the deepest evaluations of the global martech industry each year to recognize and highlight the “breakthrough” martech solutions and companies.

Mobile Star Awards: Innovative Mobile Engagement & Loyalty and Innovative Mobile Customer Engagement Success Story (May)
Since its inception in 2002, the Mobile Stars Awards program has displayed the best and most innovative mobile apps, in both the consumer and business spaces, in addition to mobile tech companies, devices and success stories. MobileVillage editors choose the winners along with the site’s mobile users. MobileVillage is focused on promoting innovative, user-focused mobile technology, and through the Mobile Stars Awards program, can foster additional tech alliances, product development and overall excitement.
Punchh took home the Innovative Mobile Engagement & Loyalty award in addition to the Innovative Mobile Customer Engagement Success Story award, which highlighted our customer, Cheba Hut. Cheba Hut’s loyalty app was recognized for its ability to attract a new generation of guests by building loyalty through rewards-based gamification allowing fans to be entertained, while simultaneously earning points for future orders.
The Interactive Customer Experience (ICX) Association is an organization whose mission is to connect brands, suppliers, agencies and those who are working to upgrade and elevate the customer experience. The main goal is to all work together to create the best version of a customer experience ecosystem for all parties involved, especially the customers. The Elevate Awards are an opportunity to recognize and honor the organizations that are setting the bar and raising expectations in elevating the customer experience using advances in technology. Punchh was named a finalist in the Best Employee Facing Interactive Experience category, which recognizes achievement in solutions developed for employees that ultimately improve the overall workplace experience, resulting in elevating customer engagement and satisfaction.

For nearly two decades, Fast Casual has been honoring the restaurant industry’s most creative, innovative and nimble concepts/executives, listing them all in their annual 100 Movers and Shakers list. This list is not solely focused on which brands were the most profitable, instead they aim to honor the brands and executives that encompass the three qualities mentioned above: creative, innovative and nimble. In 2022, 75 brands and 25 restaurant executives were selected and presented in the annual report. Punchh is partnered with 20 brands and five top executives that were named in this list. These concepts embodied the three qualities in several ways, ranging from developing new menu items to building a loyal fanbase.
With loyalty and reward programs taking the nation by storm, Newsweek, in coordination with Statista, put together a list of America’s Best Loyalty Programs of 2022. This list encompasses all types of loyalty programs, ranging from fast food restaurants to big department stores, cosmetic brands to supermarkets. Among this prestigious list, 14 of the restaurant and c-store brands that are recognized run their marketing and loyalty efforts from the Punchh Platform.
