What is the PAR Punchh User Group?

The PAR Punchh User Group is a community of enthusiastic customers who come together to share their experiences, feedback, and suggestions about our products and service. Filled with industry experts like yourself, these User Groups create a vital connection in our VoC program by fostering open communication between PAR Punchh and our customers, enabling valuable insights and collaborative growth. By actively engaging with user groups, we gather detailed and actionable insights that drive our business forward.

How It Works:

Quarterly Meetings

Join us for regular meetings, a combination of virtual and in-person, where we discuss new features, share best practices, and learn from Punchh experts. Your insights and suggestions directly impact our product roadmap enhancements!

Interactive Workshops

Participate in hands-on sessions to deepen your product knowledge and try new features and products before they are released to the public.

User Research

Help make an impact outside of the User Groups. Our team loves collaborating with enthusiastic Punchh users for additional research.

Recently, we launched the Campaign Management Tool, a new feature inspired by user group feedback. Our User Group members were involved every step of the way—from discovery and surveys to prototype review and an exclusive User Group Pilot. Their invaluable insights allowed us to refine the feature before its official release. As a result, the feature was well received with the broader customer base, showcasing the power of user group engagement.
