The finalists for this year's Elevate Awards feature innovators in kiosks, customer experience, omnichannel experience and more.
The Interactive Customer Experience Association hosts the Elevate Awards each year. Members of the association, along with other customer experience professionals and solution providers, are eager to network in person at the Interactive Customer Experience Summit. The summit will be held from June 1-3 in Columbus, Ohio.
The ICX Association will host its annual Elevate Awards on the opening night of the event. The ceremony will highlight some of the top customer and employee experiences. These experiences were submitted during the association's call for nominations.
The 2022 awards featured a few new categories this year: Best Employee-Facing Experience, Best Omnichannel Interactive Customer Experience and Best Emerging Tech.
Judges carefully reviewed each of the submissions and have released the names of this year's finalists:
This category recognizes achievement in self-service kiosk or vending-based interactive customer experiences that create innovative and engaging brand experiences that solve a challenge or provide a new method of customer interaction and service.
This category recognizes achievement in mobile platform-based interactive customer experiences that captivate, engage and help you serve customers while extending the brand's presence into the most important devices in your customers' lives.
This category recognizes omnichannel achievements in using interactive technologies to create a transcendent customer experience that captivates and engages customers across multiple channels, such as mobile, web and in-store.
This category recognizes retail-specific achievement in using interactive technologies to create a transcendent brand experience that captivates and engages in the retail vertical.
This category recognizes restaurant- or foodservice-specific achievement in using interactive technologies to create a transcendent brand experience that captivates and engages in the foodservice vertical, from concession stands to fast casuals and beyond.
This category recognizes travel- and hospitality-specific achievement in using interactive technologies to create a transcendent customer experience that captivates and engages in the hospitality vertical.
This category recognizes achievement in screen-based customer experiences that elevate the customer experience in-store or in-venue, or extend the brand experience into the digital out-of-home environment.
This category recognizes achievement in solutions aimed at employees and improving the workplace experience, whether it be through onboarding strategies, communication, training, recognition, engagement or interaction.
This category recognizes achievement in deploying emerging tech in interactive customer experiences.
This category recognizes individuals or companies that have contributed substantially to the field of interactive customer experience technology or to promoting the industry in a significant way. The award is named in honor of Lyle Bunn, a long-time consultant in the digital signage industry who passed away in 2018.
